Regional Data Warehouse for Collective Impact
Designed and led the implementation of a data warehouse that brought together fragmented voter outreach and turnout data from 80+ partner organizations across six counties into a unified system. By standardizing submissions from multiple platforms and creating a shared source of truth for more than two million records, the system enabled real-time insight, collective learning, and coordinated action across the network.
