Making messy systems behave.
Turning complexity into clarity
Formally, I’m a data architect and systems-oriented leader who builds large-scale data infrastructure for collaboration and decision-making in nonprofit, civic, and campaign environments. But at the heart of it all, I make messy systems behave and help people fall back in love with their data.
I build and guide integrated tech stacks for networks, organizations, and individuals doing complex, fast-moving work so they can coordinate their efforts, learn from what they’re doing, and make better decisions. Much of that work is about unifying disjointed, siloed systems so data feels useful instead of overwhelming. This shows up in my work in four connected areas: Data Infrastructure & Analytics, establishes the technical foundation for shared, reliable data; Learning & Evaluation, where teams step back and make sense of their work; Campaign, Civic, & Field Operations, where data and strategy combine to directly shape action on the ground; and Cross-Team Collaboration & Systems Strategy, where people, tools, and priorities are align so the work can move forward together. At every level, the work brings people, systems, and strategy into the same room and turns complexity into something teams can actually use.

The right infrastructure supports how organizations move, share, store, and standardize information reliably and securely. It includes data warehouses, pipelines, and CRM ecosystems, paired with analytics that help teams spot patterns, test ideas, and make informed choices.

Clear learning plans and systems help organizations define what success actually means and learn from their work as it unfolds. Theory of change, KPI alignment, and real-world data collection come together to support reflection, accountability, and continuous improvement over time.

Fast-moving campaign and civic environments rely on data to shape field strategy, outreach plans, and voter engagement in real time. This includes list segmentation, turf cutting, targeting models, and live tracking of field performance to support daily decision-making on the ground.

Strategic advising and interim leadership support organizations through periods of growth and change. Data audits, organizational readiness assessments, governance design, and executive advising bring people, tools, and priorities into shared alignment as work evolves.
